must read our membership pack and complete an initial training
questionnaire. The questionnaire is available online. Once you

Become a travel agent
If you are looking to become a travel agent, training plays a
very important part of our partnership. And it is free! Agents
can request training from Holiday Direct on any area after their
initial 3 days training. Agents can also send their staff to attend
training, at no cost, to help them to run their business.
The initial course will be for three days, held by our experienced
course trainer. During the training, members will be allowed full
access to the live booking system to our suppliers. After this
training our members can access the system independently.
